  1. I am a believer! Doesn’t matter what you choose – lifting, walking, running, bicycling, whatever – moving is cool, inertia is not. Activity is a regular stress reliever for me, highly recommended. Keep it up Jason!

      I appreciate the encouragement. Several years prior, I was big into fitness and I just went away from it. Looking to get back into the groove of things again. Also, one thing I realized even more importantly was the things that I consumed on a daily basis is vital, not only, health wise but achieving certain fitness goals as well.
